The role combines hands-on analytics engineering with technical leadership: shaping metric definitions, improving data models, and making sure analysts and operators can trust the data they use every day.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain analytics models and pipelines that support reporting, operations, and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and analytics to translate business questions into durable data products.
  • Lead technical standards for data modeling, documentation, testing, and quality.
  • Help other data practitioners use shared datasets correctly and improve the reliability of downstream dashboards and analyses.

What you bring

  • Significant analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI experience in a production data environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building tested, documented transformation layers with tools such as dbt.
  • Comfort working with complex business logic and regulated or healthcare-adjacent data.
  • The ability to lead through technical judgment, communication, and ownership.
