Marsh is hiring a Data and Analytics Engineering Lead for its Reinsurance business. This role helps design and deliver the data foundations used by reinsurance teams for reporting, analytics, operational insight, and decision support.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and delivery of data engineering and analytics solutions for reinsurance stakeholders.
  • Build and improve data pipelines, semantic layers, dashboards, and reporting assets that make business data easier to trust and use.
  • Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable data products.
  • Strengthen data quality, governance, documentation, and operating standards across the analytics environment.
  • Support BI and analytics delivery using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.

What you bring

  • Experience leading analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI work in a complex business environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience with modern data platforms, reporting tools, and analytical workflows.
  • The ability to work with senior stakeholders, clarify ambiguous requirements, and turn business needs into maintainable technical solutions.
